Frank Tully

Frank, 81, of Clifton died Monday, May 6, 2013. Born in Munterconnaught, Virginia County Cavan, Ireland, he came to the US in 1952 settling in Belleville before moving to Clifton 48 years ago. Frank was employed as an ironworker with Iron Workers Local #11 in Newark for 38 years prior to his retirement. He is a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. Frank is a parishioner of St. Clare R.C. Church in Clifton. He is a member of the the Queen of Peace Council #3428 K of C in North Arlington and a member of the Mc Govern Association in Newark. Frank is predeceased by three brothers, Owen, John and Tom Tully. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years the former, Catherine M. Logue, by three daughters, Catherine, Colleen and Carolyn Tully all of Clifton, by five grandchildren, Frank, Shivaun and Brandon Vogas, Krystina and Peter Fila and by two sisters, Margaret Lyons of Livingston and Maryellen Condon of Clifton. Funeral services will begin 10:15 AM Saturday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ 07012 with a 11 AM Mass at St. Clare R.C. Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
