Andrea M. Monahan, 51 years died after a brief illness at Newton Memorial Hospital. Born in Peaquannock, she is the daughter of Elmer Gall and the late Shelia (Lebermann) Gall. She had been a resident of Vernon since 1990 and prior to that had resided in Kinnelon, NJ.
Andrea worked in the graphic design industry as a graphic artist for over 30 years and had most recently worked for Earl Advertising in Sparta. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, art, drawing, music and the times she would spend swimming at the pool and swimming at Highland Lakes beach #1. She was a member of Holy Counselor Lutheran Church in Vernon.
She is survived by her loving husband Mark Monahan of Vernon, a daughter Olivia Monahan at home, her father Elmer Gall of Kinnelon, a brother Stephen Gall and his wife Michele of Oak Ridge, a sister Pamela Hall of Hinesville, GA and several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral was held at Holy Counselor Lutheran Church in Sussex followed by interment at Glenwood Cemetery in Vernon. Visitation was held at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home in Vernon.
