Leo Chlebnikow Obituary
Leo, 101, of Paramus, formerly of Fair Lawn, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Before retiring, Leo worked for Dial America, Paramus.
Cherished husband of Mildred Chlebnikow (nee Lauer). Beloved father of, Beverly Schneider and her husband Johann of East Windsor, NJ, Robert Chlebnikow of Long, SC, step-daughter, JoAnn Crisci and her husband Joseph of Pompton Lakes, NJ and step-son, Matthew Krol of Groton, NY. Treasured grandfather of 10, great-grandfather of 16 and great great grandfather of 2. Dear brother of, Benjamin Chlebnikow. Predeceased by his first wife, the late Stephanie Chlebnikow in 1979.
Family will receive friends on Saturday August 19, 2017 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 pm. Inurnment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Leo's memory may be made to Ride For Kids 302 Ridgefield Ct. Asheville, North Carolina 28806

We were very saddened to hear of Leo's passing, but grateful he isn't suffering. His was a life well-lived and enjoyed. We met him in the Polar Bear Grand Tour, and were amazed that he was still riding... if we remember correctly, he got a 3-wheeled bike at age 93. Recycled Teenager Not too shabby! He was a special guy, with lots of spunk ~ which carried him through 101 years of a full life. We'll miss him.
Our deepest condolences to his family and friends. May fond memories of the times you had together bring smiles and laughter as you celebrate his GREAT life!

Our condolences to Leo's family. He was a wonderful man. We met him many years ago in Lake George, New York at the Americade motorcycle rally. This photo was taken two years ago. Ride on Leo!

We shared many memories riding with the Polar Bears Riding Club. We had great times. Rest in peace my friend.
