Through this sad time, it helps to remember how special people were and how fortunate we were to know them. It is so hard to put into words what Al has meant to me. He was my mentor; he was my friend; he was an anchor when I needed it and a comedian when I needed it. He gave me the confidence to stand up for myself and the wisdom to know when to back down. He will be missed but he will never be too far because I can still hear him laugh.

I will always remember Al as my "glass is half-full" fellow co-worker and friend. Al and I would converse on how to get everyone to see benefits of our brainstorming ideas! (No matter how off the rocker some might think!)His focus was to always look for the best possible solutions for the employees of the Bergen Vicinage. He truly made a huge impact on his finance division, to our vicinage, to our management team, and to all those who came in contact with him. As I drove into work today and making it to the parking lot, I could see him giving me his daily wave and a smile. I remember him laying out his suit jacket in the trunk and the millions of ties for the "just in case". I have a piece of advice that he gave me and I will hold it in my heart forever. He gave me the strength to make a change. Love ya, Al! You are and will be missed for a very long time. God Bless.

Though I have never had the chance to met him in person, being that we are part of the Bergen Courts, it does feels as losing a family member, and he was family of the Bergen Vicinage and the Court System. The Mood through out the Courts in Hackensack has been very solemn since Mr. Bigott's passing this monday. I am sure that he will be missed by those who knew him personally, especially of those at the finance department. Mr. Bigott R.I.P.

I am so saddened to hear of Al's death. On those rare opportunities when we'd get together, (college reunions), we'd laugh a lot and enjoy old times. Al was a rare gem. I am only thankful that our last visit wasn't so very long ago in Jensen Beach. Sincere condolences to the Bigott family. N.J. has lost a very special citizen.
