ALAIMO
Angelina (Alonzo), 83 of Old Tappan, NJ died November 28, 2011 at Care One @ Valley, Westwood, NJ. Born in New York City, NY she lived in Westwood before moving to Old Tappan 16 years ago. Mrs. Alaimo retired from Beatlefest in Westwood and prior she worked for 18 years on Wall Street for various brokerage firms. She is a communicant of St. Pius X Church, Old Tappan and member of the River Vale Senior Club and was an active volunteer for both St. Andrew's and St. Pius X Church. Survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Thomas A. Alaimo, her son Salvatore P. Alaimo, her brother Jack Alonzo and his wife Virginia, her sister Ann Adessa, her brother-in-law Louis Alaimo and his wife Agatha, one niece and eight nephews. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Rd., Westwood, www.becker-funeralhome.com. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday 10 AM at St. Pius X Church, Old Tappan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Pius X Church, 268 Old Tappan Rd., Old Tappan, NJ 07675 or Reach for Recovery of the , 20 Mercer St., Hackensack, NJ 07601 in her memory.
