GIES
Carl, 83, of River Vale, formerly of Paramus, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at home with his family by his side. Before retiring, Carl worked for PSE&G in Hackensack, NJ. Carl was an Army veteran who served our country proudly during the Korean War.
Dear husband for 61 years to Dolores (nee Wittwer). Loving father of Kim Mc Laughlin and her husband William of Emerson.
Graveside Services were held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at George Washington Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements under the care of Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113-S Farview Ave., Paramus.
Donations may be made in his memory to the River Vale Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 333 Rivervale Road, Rivervale, NJ 07675-5701.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Carl. He was such a fun loving man. He always made a day at his house a good time. We will all remember the good times and his love for life. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
