Daniel J., 66, husband of Linda (Mc Clenahan), on Sunday, April 6, 2014. Born in Princeton, Mr. Beecher lived in Ringwood for 36 years coming from Norristown, PA. He had been in the US ARMY during the Vietnam War from 1966-1972 and had been awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Mr. Beecher had been employed as a Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Mechanic at Hudson County Tech School in North Bergen and an avid Fisherman. Along with his wife, he is survived by his mother, Mary Beecher of Princeton, two daughters, Britine Wilken of Ringwood and Melissa Owen of Rockaway Township, one sister, Kathryn Ranallo of Princeton Junction, and four grandchildren, Steven, Kiley, Miranda and Shelby. He is predeceased by his father, Ira Wendell Beecher and mother and father-in-law, Stanley and Betty Mc Clenahan. Funeral Service Thursday 10 AM at Richards Funeral Home, 4 Newark-Pompton Tpk., Riverdale, NJ 07457. Interment Mount Rest Cemetery, Butler. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
