RUTHERFORD- Genuino "Gino" Di Bianco, 94, of Rutherford, passed away peacefully on March 19. Gino was born in Avellino, Italy, coming to America in 1955 to start a new life.

He was the owner of Gino's Delicatessen & Catering on Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City, a business he started in the mid 1960s, and later Bianco's Deli on Ridge Road in Lyndhurst. Gino loved his work and was successful in business, but always considered his family the biggest accomplishment of his life.
He was the beloved husband for 65 years of Elisa (nee Zarro) Di Bianco; the loving father of Carmine and his wife Angelica, Antoniette and her husband Tommy Gallitano, Ettore "Ed" and his wife Janice, Michael and his wife Lauri; the cherished grandfather of Gino Di Bianco and his wife Chrissie, Michael, Erica and her husband Adam Lipkin, Stephen, Elisa, Chazz and Alex.
The funeral will be Friday, March 22, at 8:30 a.m. from the Macagna Diffily Onorato Funeral Home, 41 Ames Ave., Rutherford. Funeral mass will follow at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary RC Church, Rutherford. Entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Friends will be received Thursday, March 21, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Hackensack Hospice Program, 25 East Salem St., Hackensack, NJ 07601.
