Jeremy Cahill Obituary
CAHILL
Jeremy, 26, of Ridgewood, NJ passed away on Saturday, September 1st. Jeremy grew up in Ridgewood and graduated from Ridgewood High School in 2004.
Always the joker and overflowing with life, Jeremy moved to Hackensack to focus on his beloved trade. His skills as a carpenter and craftsman can be seen in the projects he completed that left small pieces of our world a more beautiful place.
Jeremy touched people he met in ways beyond his comprehension. He was a kind, loving soul who was devoid of any malice and possessed the ability to improve and fix the world around him. A decent, hardworking son, brother, friend and neighbor who would not hesitate to offer assistance in any endeavor.
He is survived by his parents, Kathleen and Daniel Cahill; two brothers, Michael and Matthew Cahill; loving grandparents, Paul and Martha Puccio of Oradell, NJ; adoring aunts, uncles and cousins; and was predeceased by grandparents, Eleanor Puccio, Helen and William Cahill also from Ridgewood, NJ.
The Funeral Mass will be held today, Sept 6th at 10:45 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Ridgewood. Interment to follow in Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Villa Veritas Foundation Inc.

Jeremy, I hope you've found a place truly your own to rest. I am so sorry I wasn't in contact with you or our family and certainly in any way shape or form I wish I could have been there. I would have really enjoyed introducing you to my wife (Bobbi). I looks to me that you've accomplished great things in your life and the world really is a better place for that. Rest well Jeremy. May God hold you close to his heart, for you truly deserve it.

Jeremy you where truly one of a kind you where one of the most funnest people i have ever known and always ready to help in any way you could your smile and jokes could make anybody turn happy regardless of the day or mood they where in my prayers are with your family. watch over them and your friends for you will surly be missed.

My heart is saddened to hear of the news. I am deeply sorry for the loss of Jeremy. He was recently doing work on my home in Ridgewood; where we got to know him. He always came with a smile that was infectious to us all. He was willing to help in any way that he could in my time of need. He will truly be missed. May you rest in peace Jeremy. I am so fortunate to have met you and to have spent the last week with you. You were truly a godsend to me and my family. My sympathies to the Cahill family.
