John Blunt Obituary
Born in Newark, he is survived by his sisters Louisa and her husband Robert Colluci, Rosemarie Ingwersen, Theresa and her husband Thomas Migliaccio and Anthony and his wife Kathy. He was the uncle of Cristina, Patrick, Angela, Tyler, Justin, Jacob, Jack, Benjamin, Ryan, Timothy, William, great nephew Nicholas and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was to be held on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at O'Boyle Funeral Home, 309 Broad St. in Bloomfield, oboylefuneralhome.com. Funeral Mass was to be held on Thursday, Jan. 12 at Sacred Heart Church, 76 Broad St. in Bloomfield, sacredheartbloomfield.com.

My dear sweet nephew Johnny, although you have been gone for 3 years, I miss you more and more each day. I often sit and reflect on our days together, the way you looked, laughed, sat in solitude at times and the sound of your voice. I miss you so very much and I hope and pray that you are our guardian angel. You were not only my nephew, but my friend. I miss our talks together. John has been like a brother to me since the very second we met. I love him with all my heart. People come and go in your life everyday and we don't remember them but 10 mins later.. that is not the case with John I am still numb and can't seem to digest that such a wonderful , beautiful man isn't here with us. I love you John and will continue to talk to you in prayer. God bless your whole family and I wish them all peace.

Tho I did not know John, I know Louisa & her family. And what I know of them is they are courageous, compassionate and amazing people. I'm sure this was the same for Johnny.
