BUTLER — Services were held for Robert Thomas Bluteau, 86, of this borough, who died on Friday, March 21, 2014.

Mr. Bluteau lived in New York City before moving to Butler. He was a police officer for New York City before retiring. Also, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council No. 943, Butler, as well.

Services were Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Butler. Arrangements were by the Keri Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to ARC, 223 Moore St., Hackensack, NJ 07601, attn.: Development.

Mr. Bluteau is survived by his son, Thomas; his daughter, Jeanne Mazza; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marie; his son, Edward; and his sisters, Eleanor Farney and Janice Burke.
