LYNDHURST - John J. Klotz, 82, of Lyndhurst, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2014.

He was beloved husband of the late Mary A. (nee Puccio) Klotz, loving father of Sharon Lewis-Kish and her husband Richard, dear brother of the late Charles and Robert Klotz, brother-in-law of Dolly Lofrano, Ann Klotz and the late Lil Klotz, cherished grandfather of Sheri, Shannon and Mary Anne, and adored great grandfather of McKenzie.

Mr. Klotz is also survived by nieces and nephews Toni Anne and Joe, Kym and Kenneth, Jackie and Kerri Anne, and the late Bobby.

Mr. Klotz was a Korean War Army veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart.

He was a factory worker for Maxwell House in Hoboken before retiring.

Friends will be received Saturday, May 3, from 7-9 p.m., and Sunday, May 4, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. The funeral will be Monday, May 5, at 9:30 a.m., from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home. Mass will take place at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael's R.C. Church.
