Obituary Condolences

OAK RIDGE — Services were held for Stanley Moskal, 74, of Bethlehem, Pa., who died on Monday, June 23, 2014. He was a former resident of this city. He was the father of Elaine Colella of this community.

Born in Stany, Poland, Mr. Moskal came to the United States in 1963 and lived in Garfield, Clifton, and Sinking Springs, Pa., for 12 years before moving to Bethlehem three years ago. He was a mechanic for Prevost Bus Co., Lyndhurst, for many years and later owned Meineke Car Care, Sinking Springs, for seven years before retiring in 1996. Also, he was a former parishioner of St. John Kanty R.C. Church, Clifton.

Services were Friday at the Shook Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St. John Kanty R.C. Church. Interment was at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Donations may be sent to the Lustgarten Foundation, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NJ 11714.

Mr. Moskal also is survived by his wife, the former Catherine Wieteszka; his son, Henry of Richmond, Ky.; his other daughter, Diane Rumsby of Towaco; his siblings, Aniela Cyran, Kazimiera Bosak, Jozsef Moskal, Tekla Mycek, and Julia Motyka; and six grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his sisters, Jan Dabal, Maria Dziadura, and Zofia Surma.
