WEST MILFORD — Services were held for Salvatore Isgro, 77, of Franklin Lakes, who died on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. He was the father of Carl of this township.
Born in Barcellona, Italy, Mr. Isgro lived in Mahwah before moving to Franklin Lakes 19 years ago. He was an electronic engineer with Raytheon Co., Mahwah, before retiring in 1998. Also, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a parishioner of St. Ann Melkite Catholic Church, Woodland Park. And, he was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 11, Livingston, and the Franklin Lakes Senior Group.
Services were Saturday at St. Ann Melkite Catholic Church, followed by interment at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. Arrangements were by the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, Wyckoff. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the

Mr. Isgro also is survived by his wife, the former Stella Eid-Sabbagh; his daughter, Vera Tice of Carlisle, Mass.; his sisters, Fortunata Santangelo of Riverdale, and Annette Vogt of Wanaque; his brothers, Luciano of Little Ferry, Arturo of Ringwood, and Tindero of Melbourne, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, Carlo and Venera; and his brother, Joseph.
