George JIGGETTS Obituary
JIGGETTS George, Sr., age 89, was born in Palmer Springs, VA. He resided in Paterson, NJ since 1942. Mr. Jiggetts departed this life on Friday, August 6, 2010. He was owner of The Jiggetts Transportation Service Inc. He was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Ola (Hughes) Jiggetts, wife: Martha (Howell) Jiggetts, sons: George Jr., and Vincent Jiggetts, brother: David Jiggetts, sisters: Helen Brown and Esther Davis, special cousin: John "Buck" Jiggetts. He is survived by sons: Theodore J., and Marvin W. Jiggetts, daughters: Barbara J. Wash and Bonita (Jiggetts) Hinton, brothers: Henry and Andrew Jiggetts, Jr., sisters: Louise Works and Annie Rushing, eight grandchildren, there great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law: Clementine and Pearline Jiggetts, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Friday, August 13, 2010, 9 AM at The Serenity Baptist Church 142 North 1st St., Paterson, NJ.
