CIMIOTTI Dale Jr., age 77 of River Edge on January 25, 2011. Born in Pittsburg PA, Dale moved to River Edge in 1934. Dale received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickenson and worked for Household Finance in New York. He worked for a collection agency as a constable, court officer and credit manager from 1958-1970. During that time his dad became ill and he moved home to help his mother. He worked at Allstate Collections in Ridgewood from 1970 to 1973, then Nationwide Collections in Teaneck and retired in 2003. Dale was a man's man. He kept his friends close to his heart and retained many friendships from kindergarten through out his life. He had a twinkle in his eye and those who met him instantly liked him. Dale was a sports lover and enjoyed nothing more than to watch games as his time allowed. Dale was fair, kind and always a consummate gentleman. He will be missed by all of us who loved him for the wonderful person he was. He is survived by his beloved wife Bonnie Steines of River Edge, his loving daughter Jamie Ratliff of Alabama, his brother Dave and his wife Reni of Port St Lucie Fl. Loving Uncle of Mitch and his wife Andrea of Mahwah, Brett of Cal. and Kyle and his wife Joyce of Fla, his stepsons Gary Steines of Vernon, and Kirk and his wife Heidi Steines of Cal. Dale was a member of the Nation Guards in the 1950's. Family will receive friends at the Beaugard Funeral Home 869 Kinderkamack Rd River Edge on Thursday 7-9 PM, Friday 2-4, 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Internment is at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus. Donations in Dale's memory are requested to The River Edge Ambulance Corps 210 Continental Ave River Edge, NJ 07661 or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
