GOLDSTEIN Everett, age 95, of Paramus, NJ, formerly of Jersey City, NJ, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Edith Goldstein; devoted father of Barton M. Goldstein and his wife Kimberly of Santa Barbara, CA and Felice R. Koplik and her husband Larry of Fair Lawn, NJ; proud grandfather of Alyssa Goldstein, Dale and Dana Koplik. Mr. Goldstein was a graduate of Brooklyn College where he earned his Bachelors Degree and was also a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he earned his Masters Degree in science. Prior to his retirement Everett was the chairman of the Science Department at Bergenfield High School. He taught and inspired advanced students in physics and chemistry and shared his enthusiasm for science with all of his students and everyone else. Everett was an Army veteran of WWII. "Everett's remarkable sense of humor will be missed." Services will be 1 PM, Friday, March 18, 2011, at Louis Suburban Chapel, 13-01 Broadway (Route 4 West) Fair Lawn, NJ.
