William Sr., 85, of Fair Lawn, NJ passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Born and raised in Paterson, NJ, he resided in Fair Lawn for fifty-two years. A proud Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion Post 171 in Fair Lawn. An animal lover, Bill will be remembered as a "Jack of all Trades" including photography, woodworking and art.
He owned and operated William's Beauty Salon in Fair Lawn for fifty-six years.
Beloved husband of Christina (Incremona) Blundetto. Loving and devoted father of Annette Kouyoumjian, William Jr., Thomas and Joseph Blundetto. Dear brother of Carmen and Frank Blundetto. Cherished grandfather of five and great-grandfather of three.
The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday, October 16, 2011, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Inc., 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ, 201-797-3500. A funeral service is planned for Monday, October 17, 2011, 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
