HARRISON- Charles A. Mondaro, 75, of Harrison, died Tuesday, March 26 at The Lyons V.A. Hospital in Basking Ridge.

Charles was a plumber in L.U. 68 and worked at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair for 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 50 years and his four sons, their wives and three grandchildren. He was an uncle to many nieces and nephews and is also survived by his sister, Marie, of Coral Gables, Fla. He was a member of the Harrison Friends Social Club as well as a recreation basketball referee and Colt league manager in Harrison.

The viewing will be Tuesday, April 2, 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Condon Memorial Home, 210 Davis Ave., Harrison (corner of Davis Avenue and Hamilton Street).

Funeral services will be on April 3 with a funeral mass at Holy Cross R.C. Church, Harrison, followed by an interment at Holy Cross cemetery in North Arlington. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Lyons V.A. Hospital, Hospice Unit in Basking Ridge, NJ.
