Hasbrouck Heights — Angelina Huelbig (nee Valentino) 84, formerly of Lyndhurst and Rutherford, died April 6.

She was born in Hoboken. Before retiring, she was a receptionist for Dr. Robert Tarantino in Lyndhurst for 30 years. She was a two-time breast cancer survivor and volunteered for over five years at The Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center. She hated to cook but she made the world's best salad, French toast, pancakes and meat sauce.
She was the wife of the late Gabriel Huelbig; mother of Gloria Applegate of Rutherford, Bill Huelbig of Weehawken and Tom Huelbig and his wife, Eileen, of Clifton; sister of Michael Valentino of Jersey City and the late Frances Randazzo, Connie Valentino, Mary Baglio, Grace DePaul, Rose Sciarra, Joseph Valentino and Anna Meier; and grandmother of two.
Funeral was April 9 at Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights, with entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Arrangements by Costa Memorial Home, Hasbrouck Heights.
