DUFFY
Robert J., 79, of Lincoln Park, NJ, passed Aug. 14th, 2013. Born and raised in Carbondale, PA he resided in Lincoln Park for over 50 years. He was employed at Hoffman-LaRoche Corp. as a Chemical Supervisor retiring after 30 years of employment. Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War receiving the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service medal and the National Defense Service Medal. Bob was also a member of American Legion Post 174, Wayne (NJ). Bob was predeceased by his beloved wife Marion and his loving brother Jack of Carbondale, PA. Survivors include son Robert and wife Emma, daughter Maureen and husband Tim, four grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Emily and Bryan, his companion Gloria Krueger and many nieces and nephews. Visitation and services will be at Keri Memorial Home, 125 Main St., Lincoln Park on Sat. Aug. 17th from 12 noon-3 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Barnabas Hospice, 95 Old Short Hills Rd., W. Orange, NJ 07052 would be appreciated.
