Sharon Zukowski Obituary
Sharon, 60 on Friday, January 9, 2015 of Hackensack, NJ. She was chief financial writer for UBS in Weehawken. An accomplished writer, she authored several mystery novels. She loved Venice, Italy and Cape May, NJ. Daughter of Helen (nee Moticker) Meyers. Sister of the late Zeke Zukowski and his wife, Barbara, Linda Zukowski, Mike Zukowski and his wife, Kim and Leeann Zukowski and her husband, John Doherty. Aunt of David and Lizzie Zukowski. Visiting Sunday, January 11,2015 at the Trinka-Faustini Funeral Service, 439 Maywood Ave., Maywood from 2-4 PM. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to "The Seeing Eye, Inc.," P.O. Box 375, Morristown, NJ 07963-0375. Visit trinkafaustini.com for directions/online condolences.

Sharon...a great woman. Humble in all ways. Never used her knowledge against you, but for you. Accomplished in every thing she tackled, from being a published author, a world traveler, a wine aficionado, a financial planner, a fantastic cook, a blogger of all things good; to the basics of life - a good daughter, a terrific sister, a wonderful friend. There was only one Sharon Zukowski and she will be sorely missed. May her family take solace in the words - a good life well lived.

Sharon had many talents, a fine writer, editor, and professional woman. But surely her greatest talent was for life itself. Travels with Sharon were great adventures I will always cherish, and will miss. How can Venice ever be as magical without her?Helen, Leeann, Mike, and Linda, Paul and I send you our love. Sharon was instrumental in setting up a Bergen County chapter of The New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners in the 1980's. Her strength and generous spirit were
