Frank CLAUDIO Obituary
Frank A., 93, of Riverdale, passed away on May 26, 2015.
Frank was one of five children born to the late Joseph and Margaret (Genistra) Claudio. He proudly served in the US Army during World War II from 1942 to 1945 and later married Rose Moramarco in 1946. The couple settled in Riverdale over 40 years ago where Frank was active with the Riverdale Seniors as well as the VFW in Butler.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Rose; his daughter, Margaret Klach and her husband Joseph; and his beautiful granddaughters, Christie and Brittany Klach. He was predeceased by his brothers, Robert, Merio and Anthony and his sister, Josephine.
Visiting hours will be held from 12 - 2 and 4 - 6 PM Sunday, May 31 at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains. A funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Monday, June 1 at Our Lady of Good Counsel RC Church, Pompton Plains.
In lieu of flowers, Frank's family requests that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation to help fund research for this disease that affects so many, including his nieces.

Upon traveling several years ago to Pennsylvania to visit with Joe, Margie, Christy & Brittney we were honored to met Frank and Rose. Frank was a hoot with funny stories that kept us all laughing through the visit. It was an honor to met a WWII Veteran from the 'greatest generation'. We know Frank will be missed, but he will never be forgotten.
