Mark Stephen Chenail

Mark Stephen Chenail August 31, 1952 - May 14, 2013 Falcon, MO - Mark S. Chenail, 60, of Falcon, Missouri died on May 14, 2013 after a brief illness. Born and raised in Killingly, Mark lived most of his adult life in Champaign, Illinois before retiring to Falcon. He was a graduate of Killingly High School and the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana where he was employed for his entire career. Although afflicted and handicapped by polio as a child, Mark never let his handicap define him. He was fiercely independent, self-sufficient and always up for a challenge. He had a quick wit and a love of life. He loved to tell a good story and he was a good friend to many. Mark is predeceased by his parents, Emile Chenail and Fernande Bouthillier Chenail. He is survived by his best friend, Jon Barnett of Falcon, MO; his sisters, Diane Lamoureux of Plainfield, Karen Osbrey and spouse Gary Osbrey of Putnam, Lisa Chenail of North Providence, RI and Johnna Chenail of Killingworth; nephews, Leo Lamoureux and spouse Amanda Lamoureux, Allen James "AJ" Lamoureux and niece, Amanda Lamoureux; great niece and nephew, Gregory and Elaina Lamoureux; uncle, Raymond "Beau" Bouthillier and spouse Jeanie Bouthillier; aunts, Estelle Bouthillier Hucks and Georgette Chenail. There will be no services at the request of the deceased.
