Maria Madeline Silberman

Maria Madeline (Christina) Silberman August 1, 1927 - November 2, 2013 New London - Maria Silberman, 86, formerly of Norwich, died suddenly on Saturday, November 2, 2013, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Maria was born in Norwich on August 1,1927, to the late Frank and Josephine Delmonte Christina. She married the late Samuel Silberman, in Norwich, where she resided for more than 50 years. She is survived by a daughter Marcell and her husband Donald Botticello, of San Miguel, Mexico; sons Benjamin Silberman of Juno Beach Florida , Martin Silberman of Waterford and Samuel Silberman of Henderson, Nevada; sevem grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Frank Christina and his wife Theresa of Fort Myers, Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Samuel who died in 1999, her brother Rosario, and her sister Marcella McGeowan. Maria loved her family and friends and enjoyed life to the fullest.
