Patricia Ann (Currier) Maudsley February 12, 1947 - July 5, 2013 St. Cloud, FL - Patricia Ann (Currier) Maudsley, 66, died Friday, July 5, 2013 in St. Cloud Florida after a long term illness. Patricia was born February 12, 1947, in Worcester, MA, the daughter of Ralph and Eleanor Currier. She was a 1972 graduate of Norwich Free Academy. She drove school bus in Norwich from 1977 tom 1980 and then went on to drive for S.E.A.T. from 1980 until her retirement in 2005. She married Thomas H. Maudsley March 17, 1996 in Montville CT. She enjoyed playing cards, knitting and crocheting, and gardening. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her husband Thomas Maudsley of Canterbury, Patricia is survived by three children, Cheryl Strnad of Norwich, Rikki Strnad of Waterford and Katherine McIntire of Canterbury; sister Wendy Martin of North Stonington; six grandsons, one granddaughter and two great grandchildren and by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her sister Lynn Peterson; three brothers David, Steven and Paul Currier. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 11 A.M. Calling hours will be held Friday, July 26, 2013 from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M., followed by a funeral service at 11 A.M. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery in Mystic.
