She was born on September 22, 1919 in Holice, Czechoslovakia daughter to the late Stefan and Julia Valovich. On September 2, 1950 she was married to Stephen Misiaszek in Montreal, Canada. He predeceased her on December 23, 1977. Millie was the oldest of three daughters. In 1934 her family left Czechoslovakia to come to Canada during the Great Depression. She was a member of the Jewett City, Lisbon, and Plainfield senior centers and enjoyed playing bingo, especially when she won. She is survived by her son Robert Misiaszek and his wife Debra of Canterbury, her daughter Barbara Asal and her husband Bill of Griswold, her two sisters Mary Krutil, and Stefie Rohac and her husband Peter, sister in law Victoria Magesky, three grandchildren Heather, Sara, and Billy, a great granddaughter Olivia, and several nieces and nephews.
