Frederick Allen Handy, III June 15, 1950 - March 12, 2013 Middletown- Frederick Allen Handy, III June 15, 1950 to March 12, 2013 in Middletown, formerly of Preston. Graduated from NFA in 1968, died at home with his best friend Kia by his side. He was a Showman with Coleman Bros. Shows and the Wheel Man for many years. He was the son of the late Frederick A Handy, Jr. and Elva Wilcox Handy. He is survived by his sisters Nadine Wichmann and Maureen Handy, his brothers Andrew Handy and Bryan Handy and five Nieces and two Nephews with four great nephews and one great niece He is also survived by his "adopted" son Eric Logan and daughter Cory Bleu and her son Gavin. Fred was a rabid Yankees/Patriots fan, a killer at cards, cribbage, scrabble and crossword puzzles, untouchable at 8 ball and horseshoes! King of the fire-pit, AKA Fireman Fred.
