To Wayne´s family, I can´t believe it´s been ten years. I want you to know that we think of Wayne often as we drive around the Brenham area, past the store that sold his gavels and the Round Top venue where we first met him and purchased one of his weather vanes. We have and cherish many of his folk art pieces. Wayne was a fine man and we still feel the loss. He will never be forgotten.

Deepest sympathy to Wayne's family. We live not far from Wayne's handmade house in TX and were friends and great admirers of his work. What a talented, warm and charming man he was, and a true artist. He will be remembered.

My condolences and prayers go out to the family. It was great seeing Wayne at the PHS Reunion last year. We had a photo taken of the 5 of us from Pomfret. It was a wonderful time and a wonderful memory to have of him.

Condolences and prayers to family. I remember good times growing up, especially the Wayne-Mike vs Ronnie-Skip waffle balls games, building our own baseball fields, Little League, fishing, even weeding the John Ayers family veggie garden. May the loving hand of God, the Father, comfort you during this time of loss. Cousin Skip

We were shocked and saddened at hearing the news last week. So many antique dealers and friends of Wayne are truly sorry for your/our loss.

Wayne was truly an artist and overall good person, and we sincerely liked him and will remember him fondly. We will also miss him and his folk art at the shows.

Blessings to you and the rest of his/your family.

Aunt Shirley, Susan, Nancy, Patty, Doug - I am so sorry to learn of Wayne's passing. I have many childhood memories but especially enjoyed our backyard volleyball games when Wayne first met Kathy. I am very sorry for your loss. Aunt Shirley I know you lost not only a son but your favorite "Scrabble" player.
