Andy Gibb was the iconoclast of the Gibb family: he was the only one of the family's four sons who wasn't part of the multi-platinum pop/disco band The Bee Gees. But don't worry about Andy – the youngest Gibb had quite the career of his own.
The young teen idol set hearts aflutter across the world before he left his teens. He was just 18 years old when he released his first single, "I Just Want to Be Your Everything." The song was a number one hit, bumping his brothers' hot track "Stayin' Alive" from the top of the chart.
Andy Gibb would have turned 54 today, but he died just days after his 30th birthday, shocking fans and family alike. His brothers recorded a tribute to the youngest Gibb, released the following year.
We still wish he were here, too.
