Lorne Coddington

CODDINGTON, Lorne Lorne Coddington passed away in his home on July 22nd on his 94th birthday. He was born in Winnipeg in 1919 and moved to Vancouver in 1950. He is predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Jessie and sister Kathleen Rothwell. He is survived by daughters Barbara and Sheilah, grandchildren Tyler Morrison and Rebekah (Scott) Zorbakis and two great-grandchildren, Phoenix and Annika, nephew Bruce McConnell and his wife Shirley of Winnipeg, nieces Carla (Jim) Vinkemulder and Royce Spraker of California. Lorne will be greatly missed by his family, friends and neighbours. As a mechanical engineer for CPAir for 40 years we feel that Heaven will be in fine working order now. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Union Gospel Mission or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A service will be held on Friday, October 4th, 2013 at 10:00am in the Boal Chapel at 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver with a reception to follow.
