Mary T. Bailey (1934-2013) passed away on Sunday November 3rd from complications of heart disease.
The Guest Book is expired.
She endeared herself to many through thoughtful acts of kindness and helping others.
She was a spirited woman who lived an active life as a tennis and badminton player, fisherperson and nature lover, homemaker and entrepreneur.
She championed many worthy causes and volunteered throughout her life for various organizations. From the Pan Am Games to North Shore Crisis Services Society. She also had a long association with Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation (www.owlcanada.org).
A lasting gift in memoriam to OWL is planned by the family and gifts in lieu of flowers are welcome in her name. A celebration of Mary's life will be held in the spring 2014.
Mary was a loyal and loving wife, mother, sister and friend who's humor and love-of-life will be missed but fondly remembered.
