Gary Lee Bowers and Mary Emma Bowers passed away on August 25, 2013 in Debary, FL.
Mr. Bowers was born February 9, 1938 in Woodstock, VA and is the son of Trescea Wright and the late Stanley Bowers.
Mrs. Bowers was born on April 24, 1930 in Taylorsville, KY and is the daughter of the late James and Carrie Willoughby.
Gary and Mary were married for 45 years.
Survivors include, Timothy L. Bowers, Jeffrey A. Bowers, Jeffrey L. Bowers and Serita B. Shepard.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock on Tuesday, October 29. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 30 at Sunset View Memorial Gardens at 11:30 a.m.
A memorial reception will be held at the Valley Pike Church of the Brethren on Wednesday, October 30 beginning at 1 p.m. The family asks that you bring a covered dish, chicken and beverages will be provided by the church.

Thoughts and Prayers to my family members. I believe Gary loved his wife so much that he could not see her suffer or to live without her by his side. I pray that God has taken them both and let them continue to be together in peace.
