Gochenour, Harry Lee - Woodstock  
Harry Lee Gochenour, 90, of Woodstock, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at his home. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Reverend Marvin Gochenour will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Gardens in Woodstock. Mr. Gochenour was born November 17, 1924 in Edinburg, son of the late Oscar M. and Lucy Gochenour. He was an army veteran of World War II and was an auctioneer. He was a former manager of Woodstock Livestock Market and operated Harry's Farm Equipment. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church and former member of Woodstock American Legion Post #199 and Woodstock Moose. He is survived by his wife, Margie Painter Gochenour, who he married on December 24, 1969; daughter, Barbara A. Gochenour of Woodstock; a grandson, Cody Ryan, who is his pride and joy; brothers and sisters, Irving Gochenour (dec.), Carroll Gochenour of Woodstock, Lloyd Gochenour of Roanoke, Marvin Gochenour of Florida, Richard Gochenour (dec.), Ray Gochenour (dec.), Lodema Lindamood of Edinburg; and two step brothers, Allen Gochenour and Jacob Gochenour and step sister, Louise Kleese, all deceased. Pallbearers will be Tommy Hamman, John Baker, Joe Michael, Wilbur Thompson, John Ryman and Jerry Gochenour. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony and Cody Ryan. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Harry Gochenour Burial Fund, 157 N. Main Street, Woodstock, VA 22664.
