Bosworth, "Marty" Martin Eugene
"Marty" Martin Eugene Bosworth, 55, quietly passed away at his home with his wife, Sharon L. Bosworth by his side. He was born in Washington, D.C to H. F. "Curley" Bosworth Sr., deceased in 1977 and Sylvia A. Bosworth, also deceased in 2008. He was their third child. Being raised in Deale Beach, MD and Franklin Manor, MD right on the Chesapeake Bay, he attended Deale Elementary and Southern Jr. High School, in Lothian, MD. After later moving to Front Royal, VA, he attended Warren County High School. He also studied Automotive Engineering at L.F.C.C in Middletown, VA. Marty also served proudly in the United States National Guard in Winchester, VA. He eventually started "Marty's Tree Service" where he worked up until he became ill . His wife, Sharon, has been by his side and been his caretaker throughout his illness. He has one son, Martin Eugene "Gene" Bosworth II and two grandchildren, Adelyn Bosworth and Jolene Bosworth, of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by his sister, Wanda S. Messer and her husband, Harold "Junior" Messer, of New Port Richey, FL; his brother, H. F. "Floyd" Bosworth Jr. and his wife, Irina Bosworth, of Front Royal, VA; his niece and nephews, Jon "Jay" Tanouye, Rick Tanouye, and Shawn Dodson, all of Winchester, VA, and Steven F. Bosworth, Crystal Bosworth and Jimmy Bosworth, all of Front Royal, VA. A very special mention to Chelsea Nicole Mickels of Mount Airy, N.C. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay gave Marty a love for water that never left him. Often returning to a place dear to his heart, Point Lookout MD for camping, fishing, boating. He loved cook-outs and sitting by the fire and eating crabs . Only being two years apart in age, Floyd and Marty were pretty inseparable throughout their whole lives. They seem to be happiest that way and it always meant a good time. Surely there must be a book of their shenanigans! Marty loved his county music, but nothing could compare to his love of Conway Twitty and Elvis! You could always hear them playing anytime there was music, which was most always the case. He loved "people" so much that he often said, "People are the most important thing on this planet". A very kind, sweet person, a fighter all the way to the end! A long fight ended by God's grace! He was a one of a kind "kinda guy"… Anyone who knew him could testify to that. He's God's Angel beside his mom and dad now, undoubtedly watching over all of those close to his heart. 'Til we see you again ..........… Services are being handled by Direct Cremation Services of Virginia in Chantilly VA and will be private. Cards and flowers can be sent to his loving wife, Sharon Bosworth, at 155 James St., Front Royal VA 22630. Sign the Guest Book at www.nvdaily.com/obituaries
