Curry, Tamela Mae "Tammy" (Miller) - Middletown  
Tamela "Tammy" Mae Curry passed away on February 3, 2016 at the University of Virginia. Tammy was born November 30, 1965 in Winchester, VA, the daughter of Robert and Mae Miller. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and sister. Tammy spent most of years as a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Tammy is survived by her husband, Jay Curry of Middletown, VA; her two daughters, April and Hannah; and two brothers, Wayne Miller of Middletown, VA and Robert "Bob" Miller of Strasburg, VA. Michael Douglas Hardgrove Sr., 62, of Woodstock, VA and formerly of Kensington, MD, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 in Woodstock, VA. He is survived by his son, Michael Douglas Hardgrove Jr. of Arlington, VA and brother ,Stephen A. Hardgrove of Woodbridge, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Myril Hardgrove of Kensington, MD. No services are planned. Holliday, Ophelia H. "Fee" - Front Royal  
Ophelia "Fee" H. Holliday, 84, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away peacefully Saturday, February 6, 2016 at The Amerisist of Front Royal. Fee was born October 6, 1931 to the late Dalton and Grace Hall. She was the wife of the late William F. Holliday. Fee and Bill Holliday owned and operated a duplicate bridge club in Miami, Florida for 20 years and also ran and directed duplicate bridge in Front Royal Youth Center for 25 years. She was a life master in bridge. Fee also did some charity work in both Florida and Front Royal. Survivors include her three stepchildren, John Ward Holliday of Dallas, Texas, William Scott Holliday of California, Kate H. Parades of Dallas, Texas; five brothers, Francis D. Hall of Front Royal, Delano R. Hall of Leonardtown, Maryland, Gene S. Hall of Lakeland, Florida, James H. Hall of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ray W. Hall of Winchester, Virginia; three sisters, Adelaide C. Siegel of Alexandria, Virginia, Susan A. Bayens of St. Louis, Missouri, and Mary Ruth Wenner of Middletown, Delaware. Huttar, James Edward "Jim" - Front Royal  
James "Jim" Edward Huttar, of Front Royal, died unexpectedly on February 4, 2016. He was 77 years old. A memorial service will be held Monday February 15 at 2 p.m. at the Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home 1200 N. Shenandoah Avenue, Front Royal, VA. Jim led a dynamic and creative life as a leader in the corporate world with Corning Glass Works, with the peace Corps as a director in Micronesia, at Cornell University in Labor and Industrial Relations, on Wall Street in the financial world, in Tunisia as director of the International Executive Service Corps, and in Front Royal in the development of the Greenway. Jim was born in Trumansburg, NY and was a graduate of Cornell University. He was a self-taught French speaker and piano player. He enjoyed singing, playing Bridge in the Holiday Bridge Club of Front Royal. He was a Front Royal/Warren County Tree Steward. Jim had an adventurous spirit which took him bicycling around Europe and the U. S. eastern seaboard. He is survived by his wife, Emily G. Huttar; his son, Shaun Michael Huttar of CA; his daughter, Caylin Huttar and husband Fletcher Brock of CA; his brother, John Huttar of Strasburg; and his sister, Carole Grove of Saquoit, NY. Johnson, Edward Lee - Greenup  
Edward Lee Johnson, 92, of Greenup, KY, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, KY. The Haverhill, OH native was born October 9, 1923, the son of the late William Huff Johnson and Pearl Ellen Oliver Johnson. Mr. Johnson attended Green Township Ohio Schools and was a World War II Army Veteran serving in the 32nd Signal Corp. He was a former employee at Montgomery Ward in Portsmouth, OH and retired from Wellcraft Boat Company in Bradenton, FL. He formerly attended the United Methodist Church of Strasburg in Virginia and the Greenup First United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his companion, Dorine Wilson. He is survived by a son, Steven Edward (Dana) Johnson of Columbus, OH; and a daughter, Linda Lee Johnson Douglas of Greenup, KY. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Tracy Brammer - Monroe Funeral Home, 518 South 6th Street, Ironton, OH 45638 with Pastor Pat Hoeksema officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton with military graveside rites provided by the V.F.W. Post #8850. Friends and family may visit Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
