Cynthia Ann Orndorff Clem, 61, of Stephens City, VA, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Clem was born December 30, 1951 in Winchester, VA, daughter of the late Oliver P. Orndorff, Sr. and Barbara Miller Orndorff of Stephens City, VA. She was a nurse at Winchester Internal Medicine.
Surviving with her mother is her husband, Dennis D. Clem; 4 sons, Edward "Eddie" Orndorff, Jr. and his wife Denise of Strasburg, VA, Phillip Orndorff and his wife Samantha Muncy of Martinsburg, WV, Billy Clem, and his wife Kim of Stephens City, VA, and Craig Clem of Stephens City, VA; a daughter, Sherri Clem of Stephens City, VA; a brother, Thomas D. Orndorff of Strasburg, VA; 11 grandchildren, Hannah Orndorff, Lucas Orndorff, Jamie Clem, Travis Clem, Eric Clem, Dennis Clem II, C. J. Clem, Sierra Clem, Elizabeth Puffinburger, Randy Puffinburger, and Michael Puffinburger; and 3 great-grandchildren, Hunter Puffinburger, Brylee Puffinburger, and Cody Fletcher.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Orndorff, Sr.; her brother, Oliver P. Orndorff, Jr.; her sister, Cheryl Orndorff; and her grandson, Dale Puffinburger.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013, at the Stephens City United Methodist Church with Pastor James Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Stephens City. Everyone is invited back to the church fellowship hall for a meal following the interment.
Pallbearers will be Justin Orndorff, Craig Clem, Billy Clem, Medardo Zayas, Eric Clem, and Randy Puffinburger.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Friday in the Stephens City United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
