Francoise M. Oram, 92, of Luray, Virginia, died, Saturday, November 2, 2013 in the Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia.

Mrs. Oram was born May 31, 1921 in Cartierville, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Georges Terroux and Margaret Haynes Terroux.
She was an administrative assistant for the Federal Reserve Board.
She was married to Frederick James Oram. Mr. Oram died December 4, 2001.
Surviving are five daughters, Carolyn Browning and her husband, David, of Peachtree, GA, Robyn Everard of British Columbia, Kristin Evans and her husband, Dr. Stephen Evans, of Stafford, VA, Margaret Kina and her husband, Karl, of Owings, MD and Phyllis Ripper and her husband, Christopher, of Crozet, VA; two sons, Ronald F. Oram of Saskatchewan, Canada and Christopher Oram and his wife, Suzanne, of Berryville, VA; a brother, Dr. George Terroux of Montreal, Canada; and 13 grandchildren.
Her sisters, Audrey and Marie, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
