James Leon "Jackie" Frye, 65, of Front Royal, died on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.

He was born in Catlett on November 22, 1948 and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Frye had worked in many facets of construction and had enjoyed his work as a truck driver. He was a member of Faith Christian Church & International Outreach Center and was an avid fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Margaret Smith.

He leaves his devoted wife, Jacqueline Moira Frye and was the proud father of five children, James Leon Turner, Sheila Maria McBride Smith, James Leon Frye, Jeramie Sims and Brandon Sims. He was the beloved brother of Cheryl Johnson, Peggy Colbert, Moses Ross and McCoy Ross. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and extended family.

Friends may call on Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 5-8 PM at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton where services will be held on Monday, February 24 at 11 AM with Rev. Dr. Decker Tapscott officiating.
