Mary Anna Bauserman Lichliter, age 82, a resident of Strasburg, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at Dutch Haven Assisted Living in Maurertown, VA.

A funeral service for Mrs. Lichliter will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012, at Stover Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dan Locke officiating. Burial will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens, Warren County.
She was born on April 24, 1930, a daughter of the late Martin Luther and Elva Catherine Senseney Bauserman. She was a graduate of Toms Brook High School, member of Toms Brook United Methodist Church and was the widow of the late Marvin Allen Lichliter.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Louise Virginia Totten, and Hilda Catherine Wolfe; and a brother, Ray Thomas Bauserman.
Survivors include her children, DeWayne Allen Lichliter and wife Kathryn of Strasburg and Daniel Marvin Lichliter of Maurertown;grandchildren, Whitney Schoellkopf, Jullian Tucker, James Lichliter, and Michelle Penland; great grandchildren, Alaina and Alissa Menefee; siblings, Geraldine B. Gagnor of Sharpsburg, GA, Sarah Jane Bagnell of Strasburg, Shirley Mae Lionberger Mauck, Frances Kay Ortts Whetzel, Alice Fay Cook Layman, all of Woodstock, VA, Floyd Lee Bauserman of Strasburg, VA, Martin Luther Bauserman, Jr. and William Clark Bauserman, both of Woodstock, VA.
Pallbearers will be James Lichliter, Philip Bauserman, Danny Ortts, Gary Totten, Gene Orndorff, and Dennis Bagnell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Junior Mumaw, James Kibler, and Pat McMullen.
The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Friday evening from 7-9 p.m.
