Thomas Abrell Obituary

Thomas Roy Abrell, 35, of Front Royal, died March 10, 2012.

A private memorial service will held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Andy Guest State Park with Pastor Gary Koontz officiating.

Thomas was born January 12, 1977, son of Samuel Abrell, Sr. and Shirley Wingfield.

He was a foreman and heavy equipment operator at White Oak Construction & Excavating in Front Royal. He was an avid Redskin fan and was a new player to the game of golf where he used his trusty 4-wood for everything but putting.

He was a beloved and loyal friend to everyone who knew him. He was well known for his antics and pranks he would play on co-workers, who would never get mad because of his contagious smile and laughter.

He is survived by his life partner, Stacey Robinson "Bird"; his father, Samuel Abrell, Sr.; stepfather, Glenn Dovell; four brothers, Sammy Jo Abrell, Clint Moyers, Charles Moyers and Scott Hartley; four sisters, Kina Monk, Cindy Abrell, Hillary and Allyson Dovell.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Honorary pallbearers will be Willie Vaught, Timmy Walzer, Dale Hike, Ronald Walter, Tommy Hawkins, Ryan Vaught, Tommy Jones, Chris Fromme and employees of White Oak.

Memorial contributions may be sent to White Oak Construction & Excavating, 404 Bowman Rd., Front Royal, VA 22630 in care of Tom Abrell.

I didn't know you but many friends & my mother did. All speak highly about you. How sweet of a guy you were & so much more. In there behalf and anyone who knew you, may their soul rest with good memories you once shared with them. At least you are in a better place now & don't have to deal with the terrible troubles of the world today anymore. May you Rest In Peace.

On behalf of your DAD and Brother (SAM); myself; I' am so very sorry for all of the family's loss. Yes your "smile" is strong and it will be held high in the clouds above now that you are an "Angel" beside your "MOM". Stacy NOW HAS A 'REAL TRUE ANGEL' above to watch over her. The emptieness inside your "Soul" will never grow cold because of what He had withihn "YOU" Stacy...Life holds so many facets this earth is only one. Tommy is now in a place where there are "NO Tears and Fears".We can only imagine what you may be feeling but nothing but your sadness can really pass away. "HE" will be in the hearts and arms that he has touched for nothing 'LOVED IS EVER LOST" FOR HE WAS LOVED BY MANY...............GOD BLESS YOU STACY.......DORA ABRELL
