Melvin Lee Leake Sr., 66, of Berryville, died Tuesday at his home.
The funeral will be conducted Monday at 10 a.m. at Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel, Berryville. Burial will follow in Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum, Winchester.
