Blanche Mae "Butch" Swisher, 57, of Front Royal, Virginia, died Sunday, September 30, 2012 in the Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center.
Mrs. Swisher was born in 1955 in Stuarts Draft, VA, the daughter of the late William H. and Gladys M. Swisher. She was Shipping Manager for Winchester Woodworking, retiring after 30 years of service. She was of the Baptist faith, and was a member of the Warrenton Moose Lodge.
Mrs. Swisher married James C. McFalls in December in Winchester, Virginia.
Surviving with her husband is a son, Charles W. Swisher of Front Royal, Virginia; a grandson, Robert Emerson Swisher, also of Front Royal, and four brothers, Benjamin Swisher, William Swisher, Paul Swisher and Thomas Swisher, all of Stuarts Draft, Virginia.
A funeral service will be conducted at 5:00 PM on Saturday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 5:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
