Virginia Ruth Beavers, 69, of Front Royal, VA, died Tuesday, October 2, at her home.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 8, at 11:00 a.m. at the Buckton Presbyterian Church with Pastor James Boyette officiating.
Mrs. Beavers was born April 5, 1943 in Bell Camp, MD, daughter of Jessie L. and Myrtle Annie Eller Barnes. She worked for Northern Virginia Community College as an administrative assistant.
Surviving are her husband of thirty-one years, Vernon Lee Beavers; four daughters, Deborah Jean Herrick, Michele Lynn Munden, Teresa Ann Barco, and Marcia Lynn Zimmerman; seven grandchildren, Scott John Herrick, Crystal Anne Hazzard, Kristine Nicole Herrick, Travis Lee Zimmerman, Nathan Kania, Christopher James Munden, and Andrew Christopher Kania; two great-grandchildren, Trevor Charles Herrick and Aubrey Taylor Chajka; one sister, Elizabeth Haines of Wilmington, NC; and two brothers, James Barnes of Fort Washington, MD, and Larry Barnes of Rileyville, VA.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.
