Mary Anna Sargent, 88, of Reliance, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012, in her home.
A graveside will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Reliance Cemetery.
Mrs. Sargent was born October 4, 1924 in Washington, D.C., daughter of the late George Wilbert and Lottie Tucker King. She was married to the late Homer Sargent.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith A. Bridges of Strasburg and Gale Sowers of Berryville; two sons, James A. Sargent of Front Royal and Edward R. Sargent of Middletown; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
