Frances Louise Garrison, 95, of Mt. Jackson, passed away Monday, December 3, 2012, at the home of her daughter in Culpeper.

Mrs. Garrison was born June 24, 1917 in Walker's Chapel, daughter of the late Joseph Richard and Stella Irene Walters Neff.
She was a graduate of Louisa High School in Louisa. She was a member of Walker's Chapel Church of the Brethren in Mt. Jackson.
Mrs. Garrison was preceded in death by her first husband, James Floyd Stunkle and her second husband, William Elmer Garrison.
Mrs. Garrison is survived by a daughter, Bonnie L. Clatterbuck of Culpeper; a son, Terry L. Stunkle of Mt. Jackson; a brother, Calvin Neff of Mt. Jackson; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Jackson Cemetery with the Pastor Cecil Haycock officiating. A memorial service will be Thursday at 12 noon at Walker's Chapel Church of the Brethren following the burial.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Mt. Jackson prior to the graveside service.
