Lewis Homer Wiley, 65, of Berryville, Virginia, died Monday, February 18, 2013 in the Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Wiley was born April 3, 1947 in Berryville, Virginia, the son of the late Thomas Leon Wiley and Nannie Mae Wood Wiley.

He worked for Diversified Education Services in Middleburg, Virginia.

He married Betty Jean Mercer Wiley on October 1, 1965 in Winchester, Virginia.

Surviving with his wife are a son, Kevin Wiley and his wife, Donna, of Stephenson, VA; a daughter, Stacey Wiley and her partner, Heather Carrier, of Winchester, VA; five sisters, Janice Wiley Mercer and her husband, James, of Bluemont, VA, Sandra Wiley Everhart and her husband, Powell "JR", Mary Betty Wiley Broy and her husband, Warren, and Tammy Lynn Wiley McDonald and her husband, David, all of Berryville, VA and Carol Ann Wiley Lee and her husband, Richard "Tex", of Charles Town, WV; two brothers, David Wiley of Berryville, VA and Kenneth Chamblin of Foley, AL; and three grandchildren.

A sister, Delores Puckett; a brother, Herbert Chamblin; and a sister-in-law, Shirley Mercer Chamblin, all preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel, Berryville with Rev. Karen Adams and Rev. Ron Potter officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Chapel United Methodist Cemetery in Bluemont, VA.

Pallbearers will be Timmy Wiley, Scott Mercer, Scott Baker, Michael Lenharr, Denny Pitsnogle, and David McDonald. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Wyatt and all the DES Employees.

The family will receive friends 6:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
