Ralph Eugene Fadely, 84, of Woodstock, died peacefully Tuesday, July 22, 2014 with his family at his side.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26 at 11:00 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Woodstock, conducted by Pastor Darryl George.

Ralph was born in 1930, the son of the late Joseph C. Fadely and Mamie Lindamood Fadely.

He was a graduate of Triplett High School, Class of 1949.

He was a DHIA employee for a number of years. He then served two years in the U.S. Army, and later retired from Safeway Stores after 26 years of employment.

Ralph was married to his loving wife, Mary Ann, for over 61 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Debra A Fadely of Woodstock and Wanda Sue Williams (Steve) of Emigrant, MT; one sister, Betty J. Jones (Carroll); one brother, Donald L. Fadely (Alma) of Mt. Jackson; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Reva A. Bowman.

Ralph was an active member of First Baptist Church, Woodstock, where he served as a Deacon. He loved the Lord, his family and friends.

Ralph enjoyed gardening and helping Mary Ann at home.

He will live on in our hearts until we meet again.
