Jean Hunter Rotolone, age 86, of Front Royal passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Royal Haven Nursing Home.

A graveside service will be conducted at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rotolone was born in Craigsville on August 31, 1927, a daughter of the late James Albert and Lottie Robinson Gaylor.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, ceramics, reading and especially her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grand- mother. She was Roman Catholic by faith.
She is survived by her sons, Willie Rotolone and wife, Janice, of Frederick, MD and Joseph Rotolone and wife, Karen, of Edgewater, MD; her daughter, Dena Reynolds and husband, Gordon, of Front Royal; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rotolone was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Joseph Rotolone, in 1987.
The family would like to thank the employees of Royal Haven for the wonderful care given to their mother while she resided in their care. They would also like to thank the staff of Blue Ridge Hospice for the compassionate care she received.
