Elizabeth Garber Orebaugh Frontz, 97, of New Market, VA died August 14, 2014 at Life Care Center of New Market.

She was born August 8, 1917 in Timberville to the late Lester Martin and Lura Strickler Garber.

She was a supervisor in the management office at Sears for over 20 years before retiring. She was a member of Timberville Church of the Brethren, where she served as a Deacon, and served on the Board of Administration. She was a member of the Pathfinders Sunday School class. She volunteered at the Plains District Museum, and with Meals on Wheels.

Her first husband, Harold Orebaugh, whom she married in June, 1933, preceded her in death December 28, 1961. Her second husband, Charles Lewis Frontz, whom she married in June, 1977 preceded her in death January 6, 1990.

Surviving are three sons, Larry Orebaugh of New Market, Lanny Orebaugh and Douglas Orebaugh, both of Timberville; one daughter, Joyce Ann Passarelli of Fredericksburg; two sisters, Lura Ritchie of Harrisonburg, Martha Sieberg of Sidney, OH; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Virgil, Bill, Weldon, and Warren "Tack" Garber; and one sister, Wanda Garber.

Pastor Bernard Fuska will conduct a memorial service Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Timberville Church of the Brethren. Burial will be private.

The body was cremated.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church.
